One Blackfriars

One Blackfriars is a mixed-use development made up of a 52-storey tower of a maximum height of 170m located just South of the river Thames next to Blackfriars bridge.
The building informally known as the vase due to its shape houses residential flats, a hotel and retail.
Rope Access Contractors have been involved with the project for nearly two years installing the cap which is the glazed area at the top of the building, pumice cleaning all the glass, replacing damaged glass and many more tasks with a team of over 30 technicians at the peak.
